Want to book a Private Paint Party for you and your friends? Have a whole studio to yourselves for Birthdays, Christmas Parties, Hen's Parties, Girl's Nights, Team Building or just because... (Business hours bookings available)
There will be plenty of time to sip on your beverages, munch on your favourite snacks and groove to some funky music.
WE PROVIDE: All the art materials, an apron, glassware, platters, fridge, ice, cheese knives, bottle openers and serviettes are provided.
BYO: Drinks, Snacks and good vibes.
Weekends - Minimum of 10
Weekdays/nights - Minimum 8
MAXIMUM: 20 seats is maximum capacity
ARTWORK: You can choose (one) artwork from our selection. If you are going on to another venue you are welcome to leave the artworks and pick them up at a later date, we will hold them for 7 days. Artworks left for longer than 7 days will be recycled.
COST: $55 per person (No discounts are available on Private Paint Parties - Groups of 6+ will automagically receive a 15% discount at checkout on regular classes.)
PAYMENT: Event must be fully paid within 10 days of the event.
HOW TO PAY: We can set up a private booking for you on the website for guests to pay individually or we can provide bank account details to pay together.
SESSION TIMES: Sessions run for approximately 2 hours. Please arrive 15 minutes before class start time to pop on an apron and pour yourself a drink. Painting will commence promptly at session start time.
LOCATION: 26 Horne Street Elsternwick. Free parking opposite the studio in the Elsternwick Station Car Park.
TUNES: We have a UE BOOM if you want to bring along your own playlist.
COVID-19: UpVibes Studio is fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and adheres to COVID-19 government guidelines.

Private Events Booking Policy
Events must be fully paid 10 days before the event. A minimum number paid seats is required.
You may rebook or cancel a private event when doing so more than 2 weeks in advance of your session. Private event bookings will have the ability to reschedule at no charge or have the deposit amount provided as a voucher. Refunds will not be issued. There is no re-schedule or voucher for no-shows.
There is no fee to re-book when doing so at least 48 hours prior to session time. Re-booking requests made after this time will incur a $20 fee. Re-bookings and cancellations are processed as a gift voucher. Refunds will not be issued. The voucher is valid for three years from the date of issue. Please note there is no reschedule or gift voucher for no-shows.
